 Hon Julius Pondi who after the PDP state Campaign rally at bururtu yesterday, stayed back in Burutu town to chill and dine with locals of Burutu local government, this is the first of it's kind in Burutu to see a leader who stayed back after the Governor and leaders have left. Mr ThankGod Ziko who hails from Youbebe Community in Ogulagha Kingdom said since the existence of Youbebe community we have not seen Government presence but with the help of Tompolo today we have Youbebe/Biniebimadunubo Road which is under construction through the state government.

I grew up to almost zero opportunities in a remote Creek village (Youbebe) in the Niger Delta region of South South Nigeria.

All I had was my dream and my resolve. It's still all I have today.
Everyday I watch my people suffer in Extreme poverty with no portable water to drink, No good job except security guard job at the south bank oil flow station and grass cutting jobs and casual jobs which one cannot use to earn a living, No medical center for my people yet we call our self major oil producing community. The oil company did good shore pilling to protect their assets and leave the community pilling low standard.

Today we saw State government presence because of our son high Chief Government Ekpomupolo a few kilometre road under construction linking Youbebe community to Biniebimadunubo community, we don't know if it will be abandoned after the elections.

In a few days, Nigerians will go to the polls so i implore you to think, If we the boys from the creeks have fought consistently even when it was not convenient to liberate Niger Delta from her oppressors, how much more when we have our mandate to do it?
I will Vote my conscience come February and March.

Yesterday, Friday January 25, 2019, the Eweregbene Federated Youth Council, capably led by Comr. (Engr.) Okosu Smart visited Eweregbene community to officially introduce the council to the people living in the community and to know the challenges they are encountering as people in the community.

It would be recalled that the Eweregbene is an oil producing community under Ogbe-Ijoh Warri Kingdom and the youth body was officially inaugurated on Tuesday November 6, 2018 at BB Hotel Deco Road Warri.

However, the president of the Council, Comr. (Engr.) Okosu Smart expressed his joy on the massive show of love by the people and dearly appreciate them for the hospitality. He emphatically stated that the progress of Eweregbene community is his utmost priority and as council we will work closely with every concern authorities to make sure the challenges of the people are met and to also bring Eweregbene community to the limelight.

Meanwhile, the caretaker Chairman of the Community, Mr. Joe Lamugha with an heart of gratification appreciate the effort of the Youth President, Comr. (Engr.) Okosu Smart and his executive members of council for their visit to the Community. He also stated that Eweregbene community is a blessed community and with this formidable youth Council Eweregbene will be great again.

The youth council also received divine blessings from Rev. Godwin Zitu, the leader of Eseimopere Zion Eweregbene community.

Oil Rich Community cry out for help from oil company and federal government of Nigeria

The Oil rich people of Youbebe community pled with Spdc and the federal government of Nigeria to come to their aid as their shore pilling as been washed away.

Shore protection Badly damaged in the hub of oil and gas zone in forcados terminal, Ogulagha Kingdom,  Burutu Local Government area of delta state, Nigeria. Locals of Youbebe community, host to Shell South Bank flow station and Forcados Yokiri integrated Project are crying for help badly from SPDC and The federal government of Nigeria to come to their aid before errosion wipe them away into the atlantic ocean.

Mr ThankGod Ziko (National Director of Social/Sport - Ogulagha Kingdom Youth Council) And Engr. Samson Tamaradeinyefa Seigha A Youth leader from youbebe community told our correspondent last week that the existing shore protection is long due for repairs as the remains of our forefathers and brothers and sisters are washed away in duwoidibi (Ogulagha Cemetery).

Engr. Samson also emphasized on the urgent need for them look critical into the issue because one day we will just wake up and see our entire village washed out into the atlantic ocean. We are peace loving people and shell knows that all there stay in youbebe community it has been peaceful until date. We have not interupted their operations until date and therefore, they have to treat us special but reverse is the case.

He pled with Spdc to come quickly to their aid.

in the side of the federal government Mr ThankGod Ziko said politicians always come during election and leave us behind after the process without recognising the people of youbebe at all. No development at all, in youbebe we don't have water to drink. Please the federal government should look into the oil producing community especially Youbebe community.

He also emphasized about reclamation of Youbebe community as all our lands has been occupied by shell that the federal government and the oil company should give us new reclamation area.

The people of Youbebe community pled with Spdc and the federal government of Nigeria to come to their aids quickly.
