In Respect of the ongoing Corona Virus Pandemic, also known as Covid19. A Chieftain of the the People's Democratic Party, PDP, in Ayakoromor Ward 7, Mr Godwin Ozugbo has suggested that the federal government of Nigeria and all the 36 State Governors should not hide the identity of anyone or group of persons as well as locations of those who have contact the virus from the public.
Mr Godwin Ozugbo who made this call while speaking to Creeks News said, if the identities and locations are expose to the knowledge of the public, it will make the doubting Thomas believe that the virus is truly existing and they won't be suspecting the government of trying to use the pandemic for political games and siphoning of public funds.
He concluded by saying that if the government continue to hide the identity of those tested positive with the virus and their locations, the citizens most especially doubting Thomas will keep believing that the virus is not existing in Nigeria but a calculated attempt to embezzle public funds and punish Nigerians particularly with the lockdown order.
With the sudden fire outbreak at the Accountant General's office in this lockdown were there is no work, will further increase the number of doubting Thomas and the political gimmick concerning the virus. He said.
Meanwhile, Mr. Godwin Ozugbo, was a one time Councillorship aspirant in Ward 7, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.
