Covid-19: Ogulagha Community Chairman, Laud OYIF On Sensitization, Donation and Distribution Of Hand Sanitizers To Ogulagha People ~~Creeks News

  The Ogulagha community chairman, Mr. Johnbull Ogobiri has commended the efforts of the Ogulagha Youth Initiative Forum, OYIF, for the generous and kind
gesture in sensitizing, donating and distributing Hand Sanitizers to the Ogulagha People.

 He made this call yesterday while receiving members of the group in his residence with his executives, who tour round the community especially churches where people still go to worship to sensitize and give out Sanitizers to them.

 He said, he is very gleeful to see that youth voluntarily take it upon themselves to render such humanitarian service to their own people with the little they had. Noting that the average man in the community is not dumb. And that before the community could start up something, they've already seen individuals doings things on their own capacity.

  He however frown against the lack of necessary kits in the Cottage hospital and the Island Clinic, on the part of the government.

He said, he believed that the Coronavirus will not get to Ogulagha community but however taking preventive measures is key and very paramount.

 The Public Relation Secretary, PRS, of the Community, Mr. Wilfred Anoruse also confirm and acknowledged the effort of the group in going round the churches to distribute the preventive kits.

 Others Present at the community chairman's house during OYIF's visit is Mr. First Samuel Atagbala, Financial Secretary of Ogulagha community, Mr. Tony Amafini, Mr Derrick Douperegha etc

 Members of Ogulagha Youth Initiative Forum, OYIF, who toured and visited are Comr. Perekezigha John Iyoronguagha, Comr. Keneware Joshua etc.

 The climax of the visit was offering of wine to the group by the chairman in appreciation and presentation of hand sanitizers to the community chairman by the group.

  1. Sensitising and donating hand sanitizers to the people of the riverine communities around Ogulagha Kingdom is a loudable applaus to oyif.
    Bcos it will go along way for curtailing the dreaded covid 19 virus. And it will be part of abiding to the directive of the state and federal government of the federal Republic of Nigeria.
    A big kudos to them all.
