Reports reaching the news desk of Creeks news has it that a said couple have tested positive to the coronavirus.

A couple who base in Benin, Edo state but are natives of Akugbene in Bomandi Local Government have been reportedly tested positive to the coronavirus.

The pair travelled from Benin to their hometown Akugbene for a one week visit on the 5th of June, 2020. Prior for that trip they had submitted blood samples for the coronavirus test in Benin on the 1st of June. A few days into their stay in Akugbene they were notified that the results of the attacks were out and the pair tested positive for the virus.

Both husband and wife were in a state of panic, so the husband decided to go confirm the results in the Benin, which he did.

The man was put in an isolation centre in Benin while a team of medical experts has been sent to ever equate his wife and children so as to avoid the spread of the coronavirus in Akugbene Town.

Both mother and children have been safely transported to warri.
